Quite a disappointment that Mylène is not nominated for this year's NRJ Music Awards... 2009 was clearly HER year... with 5 #1 singles, a, successful new album, a sold-out tour, two gigs at the SDF (which no other French female singer has ever done!)... how could this not be appreciated by NRJ?? Especially when they were her tour's sponsors....

This is upsetting... but anyways, in our hearts, Mylène gets all the awards!!! You are always the BEST, Mylène!!!

As for me... it's a combination of different factors. She's unique, she's original, she's mysterious, she writes beautifully, her voice sounds angelic sometimes, and hauntingly dark some other times (and sexy most of the time, lol)... she's genuine... whatever she has to say, she says it (and without taboos) through her music! She seems so fragile and yet so strong... so devoid of the gender chains imposed by society and yet so feminine at the same time... but the most important thing is that, through her songs, she touches my heart like no other artist! Her music can take me from tears to laughter, from the grey depths of melancholy to the most unbelievable states of happiness, from the craziest rioting feelings to the utmost tranquility and peace of mind... Mylène makes me smile, she makes me dream, she makes my heart sing!!!

Feels like I'm all alone... I wish I could speak French!! If you speak English or Spanish, reply... I need to find people I can actually talk to in this site!! hahahaaaa

One thing's for sure, love for Mylène is the same in English, Spanish, or French!!!!!  We all love Mylène!! <3
